Since my 15 minutes are up, I can't correct. Antyaways, you know what I meant, I meant issuing the warning, not the "without halting" part. And please, I do think you should tell Byron about the halt, it's only polite. Yes, our aim is undoubtedly the same. Or, as the sign in the Mens' Room says: "Our aim is a clean bathroom, your aim will help."

E, since I have provided technical assistance to the SEC before on another investigation, one of my thoughts, based on what I know about them, was that this came about because a shareholder had sued Digitcom. (When a shareholder lawsuit is filed, the SEC feels compelled to take action -- it's political, they don't want to be accused of turning a blind eye to the case.) So, I did some checking, and found that there have not been any shareholder lawsuits against Digitcom. (In fact, the only court case I could find involved a really minor dispute with a customer a couple of years ago over a voice mail system.) The other guess is that this could be related to the PRs from last year. The SEC is not the fastest moving government agency... In the case that I was involved with, it took the SEC 2 years after the events before they filed a court case against the company.
