That is a very interesting theory. And what might be the resolution in such a situation? What happens, say, if DGIV could not come up with corroborating documentation to back up those 1-2 year old claims to the satisfaction of the SEC?

Paul and we pay taxes for these Bozos to protect us the shareholder. I admit some of those older PR's were skeptical, but we long's took it with a grain of salt and held anyway. Just when DGIV is starting to maybe show us some earnings you know who steps in a little bit late and ruins the show!

I think they better hire some more people they can do better then this. This is of course if the reason we got halted.

Mark

A NOTE TO ALL:

It is my strong recommendation that we be very very cautious in terms of discussing
any further things like our nasdaq filing, earnings, contracts, publicly on the Net
UNTIL we have a common plan of action.

This type of unfettered, loose talking, discussion in front of certain people is not
helping us in any way. It provides a wealth of fodder for them to feed on. Let's start
using our heads and realize that what we say, good, bad, right, wrong, factual or
fiction, is easily picked up by anyone lurking on the Net and can and is used against
us.

Thanks, Paul...

I do appreciate the way you have treated this halt. Your information has been helpful and interesting, and not in the least condescending or "painful". For that, I can't "not" say thanks, I, for one appreciate it. Confusion does make for odd alliances I suppose.

Having gotten that out of my system...

Your advising us that there have been NO shareholder lawsuits does ease a few minds I'm sure. Do shareholder "complaints" fall under that category?

As to "this could be related to the PRs from last year"...is there no statue of limitations where a company is concerned? No "water under the bridge"? No "they've survived that"? Nothing? Is it a matter of not wanting to feel like they have wasted their time so "might as well go on with the halt"? A "once you were guilty, so you are guilty again" attitude?

I guess it just feels like a double whammy. We "suffered" for the PRs when they came out, we licked our wounds and chose to stick around in spite of them possibly being "misleading" (yeah, sarcasm) and now we are "suffering" for them again?

Anyway...appreciate the information.
