You're comparing very effective medications for the treatment of symptoms with a molecule that inhibits viral entry into cells. Aspirin will not prevent a cold. Pleconaril may just do such. I'm certain that everyone at FDA is aware that this drug has already saved lives, even if they must consider the reports as anecdotal. Moreover, it's an irrelevant concern tonight. For tonight, you should be asking if a market cap of 220 million is out of line for a company with strong data, targeting viral meningitis.

Dont' you think someone would pantent a look-a-like and take it to trials? Wake up and smell the..... Probably more important but being overlooked on the board is the comment about this being a possible substitute for anti-biotics! Do you have any clue what a problem anti-biotics are becoming? Fire up that Pot of coffee. DAK
