RJN - I didn't read thru your post, but the last para caught my eye. Trading stocks is not a zero sum game as long as the price of a stock never returns to its starting value.

So ...as long as NITE's price continues up or stays flat ... no one ever HAS to lose !!

Don't worry, I'm not offended. However, let me answer your question.

Even if NITE continues up or stays flat, people still lose. Why? Because people are not only buying NITE but they are also shorting NITE. So when the stock price moves up or down, someone always loses money and someone always gains money. That's how investing is. For every dollar in profit there is a dollar in loss.

If you make money in NITE, I assure you someone lost just as much as you gained.

Conservatively Yours,
Raymond J. Norris
