RE: You may disagree, but I got the impression that AMD's past few successes (including K7 foils) were because of Atiq Raza and Dirk Meyer, not because of Jerry "Blame everything on Intel" Sanders.

Who ever said that either D. Meyer or A. Raza was CEO of AMD. With an ego as big as intc longs purport Sanders to be, how much do you think either men influence the direction of AMD?

RE: " I'm squirming right now in my AMD position."

Now I don't want you to squirm too much; just remember C. Barrett said prosperity is just around the corner. That means you will have intc profits to cover your AMD losses.
