I was having a problem loading the CNBC guest list. My results ranged from crashing my Netscape 4.61 browser, to lines that were illegible because they were one on top of another, to incomplete pages. I contacted their tech support. They suggested that I clear the cache and delete unused cookies. I often had cleared the cache prior to speaking to them which did not help. When I got rid of the unused cookies the problem cleared up. It may be a good housekeeping habit to get into and clear a little space on the hard drive at the same time. If anyone is going to try this, leave index.dat, Mm2048.dat, and Mm256.dat. alone.
