yah. had it since release. re-release. patch. service pack. Dont even try to use it on realtime feed unless you go to NT4. period. Data manager/Server remains buggy, crash-prone. If you're End of day investor where frequent crashes are not a problem(no data loss), W98 is a struggle but marginally useable. Feature-laden, lots of fluf, no manuals, and customer support is only fair. Lots of newbies totally lost will shelve it. I hear of 30% return rate, but who knows. I'm disgusted w/beta-software but the sales impact of huge adv. budget can't be ignored. Just look at MS.

I have it up and running for a couple of weeks. Three big complaints. One, support is very difficult to get in touch with at any time of the day. You have to hold on the phone for up to 45 minutes.

Second, it is a very complex program and you no longer get hard copy documentation except for a couple of start up manuals. The old Tradestation was much, much better. This is truly a step backwards. I can see that it cuts cost, but it sure doesn't help a customer like me.

Finally, the global server and it's operation is the "pits". The method available for entering symbols into data list is archaic and from my view totally unworkable.

The program appears to be sophisticated, but I'm not sure I can afford the time and effort to get up to speed. My copy may go back.

One more thing, it does not work real time with Quote.com
