No-not quite. First, you need to review the pertinent news releases:

medinahmining.com
medinahmining.com
medinahmining.com
medinahmining.com

Back in the Spring of 1998, Medinah signed purchase agreements for $24 million for the Santiago claims and $10 million for the Andicollo claims. In addition they have rights to buy additional claims at the Andicollo if they are successful in the court cases in Chile.(All of Medinah Gold's current Andicollo holdings are not in dispute-only the claims owned by a Chilean family who will sell their claims to Medinah if they prove ownership to the courts.) This Spring, the Santiago claims were broken up-ie Medinah paid 10 million in cash for the Lipangue/LDM/Gordon portion of the Santiago claims-the rest of the claims were rolled into Medinah Gold.-so one could assume that $14 million remains to be paid on those properties.(Actually-probably less-other monies/stock were paid to Quijano I believe which probably reduces the amount owed.) The Santiago properties don't consist of exactly the same claims as in the original agreement as some claims have been added and subtracted over the last year or so.(Case in point-the Gordon Claims) I believe the Andicollo claims have been payed for as well but I am relaying on my memory.

Catch all that?
