Not sure about this, but I think the Jeffries analyst was talking about the Q ending in June, whereas the loan repayments, if they are counted as income, would not show up until the September Q. If I am correct, not only are we looking at a good June Q but a good Sept. Q as well.

NTOP shares as dividend to IDTC shareholders after IPO.
IDTC shareholders would get 2 shares of NTOP for every 3
shares of IDTC they hold as a dividend.
This way there is no tax implications until NTOP shares are
sold. Share dividends are tax free .
HJ would still control NTOP as a mayority stock holder of
IDTC.
