I don't really understand why shorts and Greenberg are attracted to IDTC. IDTC has real business with a growth rate over 100% annually and soon will have over 1 billion revenue. If IDTC's price is very high, e.g., over $60, I might think it makes sense to short. But now, when it's in low 20s, I'm really puzzled by those shorts.

i am not questioning the integrity or credibility of Pele's post, but am interested in the possibility. regarding your numbers, 15 million shares make up 54% of 27.6 million shares, no? that is still a majority holding of the controlling stake in NTOP shares owned by IDT as a whole.

Andred, read the S1A carefully. We are talking Super voting shares here. Howard can easily retain control and still pick up a tax free distribution of quite a hefty sum in the future.
