BS, DVD sales numbers are not that big yet. Yes, the growth rate is phenomenal, but no, the volume isn't there yet. Divicom is where the action is.

"I'll match my education against yours anytime" (Black-Scholes).

Are we upset or something? Displeased with the fact that some of us don't live in C-Cube cloud 9?...

Look, most of us are all here because we believe in CUBE, but most of us have been waiting for CUBE to cooperate for quite some time now. We don't need you to put on your pom-poms and turn this into another iomega board.

The expectations were built up using all kinds of colorful language.
Yes, I think exploding was mentioned.

After one of them I think imploding was used as well.

DVD is transitionary for Cube. If you're hanging your hopes on DVD get out. The ASP isn't there for the volume to smash this quarter.

We need to see solid evidence that all parts of DiviCube's strategy to grow the company beyond the old decoder chip supplier is working.
Q2 should show evidence of this but the transition will extend through the end of the year.
VCD is a memory and we DVD to replace it for now. We already know that the ASPs aren't holding up as well as VCD did in the begining. DVD decoder chips are already becomming a commodity.

I'm looking for execution on Codec wins, DiviSys wins (ongoing service), and more end to end Divicom system installations including set-tops too.

The signs are there for all that, just like they were for VCD and PC-DVD, problem has been one of execution.
Fortunately this time more of it is in the hands of Dr. Lookabaugh, Cube's knight in shining armor.
