Elizabeth, haven't been able to find a source for patent pending. I noticed that in Jerry's essay on the wrs site just posted here that he stresses the tremendous amount of IP in their products. At this point I'm kind of relegating the lack of patents to a second order concern. It bears being kept in mind as a weakness but in light of design wins, etc. I have to assume innovation is present which is more important IMO. Rich
