Andrew, There are both Super voting shares of IDTC and NTOP. Both of which have 3 times the voting power and both of which HJ controls.

keep in mind if idtc dividends shares to idtc shareholders post ipo, it would be idtc to file not ntop. i think hj would e forced to dividend the ntop shares if they do not reflect in idtc share price. currently he should dividend the ntop shares, but i doubt anything will be done until after the ipo.
