Did you notice who is a Chairman or Vice-Chairman on almost all of those companies? Our own Vice-Chairman Mr. Hadid. Windsor Capital is based in Bermuda........?!? Could it be that Windsor received convertible instruments in exchange for their investment? Isn't it interesting that a seller continually hammers the price down on any upward momentum? A lower strike on convertibles would yield a much higher rate of return. Just speculation on my part. Feeling enthused, O
