RTev, I just read the story on the jury asking to have testimony read out from Bristol's economic witness. How doe that make it neutral to positive for MSFt. I wonder if this was due to one or two jurors' insistence or was it a sign of trouble for MSFT in this case. Was it simply an attempt to find a reason to rule in favor of Bristol. The stock went down today---that is how i intrepret it, not knowing exactly what was read out. I am still betting on a MSFT win but my confidence level dropped a little bit.
