I have seen the website.

The ONLY product they have is connectors.

Undoubtedly, a better connector generates less heat.

Problem is, 99.99999% of the heat coming out of a typical microprocessor is coming from the silicon die, not from the connectors, wires, or any other parts of the circuit.

Bottom line is that -- as you said -- heat is generated where there is resistance. There is a lot of resistance in the semiconductor layers, very little elsewhere.

This product may be very useful in assuring more reliable connections. It will have close to zero impact on reducing the heat from packaged microprocessors and other chips.

Incidentally, the company makes no such claims anywhere on its website.
