Admit it Annette. Navarre sucks. I sold most of mine at $11+ and don't regret it a bit. It was $15+ on May 24 and the naz is at a record high and the piece of shit is now $10. I still hold a few shares just in case, but I'm not sure why. Insiders selling and nothing good happening. Just a waste of money.

Lets make tomorrow a very special day....a day when no words of negativity shall pass through our lips! When we wake up in the morning we'll all shout out "I BELIEVE"! Yes, brothers and sisters, say "I BELIEVE"! Annette, grab that tambourine, and everybody clap you're hands together and shout it out for he world to hear....YAYYAH, I BELIEEEEEVE!!! Well, brothers and sisters, at 5:30 AM I'm gonna have to leave you all. I'm going to have to go out and face the world.....the heat.....the temptation of demon rum! But don't fear, because my faith in NAVR is strong! I BELIEEEEEVE!!!!!

Annette and others - I asked a question about time limits for delaying the IPO on another thread and here's the answer:

What do you think?

I'm a bit out of the loop on the NAVR/NETR deal, having sold my NAVR on the day that NETR initially filed its S-1. However, I took a look at the S-1/A that was filed by NETR on May 26, 1999. I noticed that it contains the March 31, 1999 financial statements. If NETR does not complete its offering by August 15, 1999, these numbers will become "stale" and the company will have to file another amendment which would incorporate the June 30, 1999 financial statements.

Generally, if a company cancels an IPO, they file a notice with the SEC. Has NETR begun its road show yet?
