Neal; That's the way I understand it! It is also my understanding that they have to file another s1a anyway to set the price of the IPO. cb

Most holding shares of NAVR probably got in at a much higher price than the current one, but for those thinking about buying now, writing covered calls would get you 10% (20% if on margin). Not too bad a return for one month, assuming the price doesn't go down from here. My Everen broker still maintains the big event will probably be sometimes in Aug. He said he'd check again and if he hears anything else I'll post later.
