CB - I don't think an S1a has to be filed for the trading price. The price is already set for $11-$13. Yahoo IPO Page:

NetRadio Corp NETR 3.33M $11.00 - $13.00 TBA TBA Filed Profile

If the range is changed they must file; however, if there is no change then the day the stock actually trades will "set" the price.
Several posts back (about 500) there was a link to an article about getting an IPO off the ground - I think it was posted by David DeAngelis (sp). It was very good for reveling what takes place during the roadshow and the day the IPO trades. I watched the KLOC/SRCH spinoff of a couple of weeks ago. The price for SRCH was set for $9-11 but it opened at $8 - There was not an S1a filed to reflect the difference.

So, I can only conclude that nothing has yet to be filed except the actual date of trading, until August.

Regards
Neal
