Castrated Bullocks Wreak Havoc (Rooters, April 26, 1999) Two bullocks have been shot dead by police after rampaging down dual carriageways, trampling across gardens and ramming a bus carrying elderly people. The castrated beasts wreaked havoc for three hours, pursued by a fleet of patrol cars and a police helicopter. The fugitive farm animals were eventually stopped by police marksmen in Dudley, West Midlands, Monday night. A West Midlands Police spokesman said the steers were loosed by Kasha shortly after he performed the castrations and, thinking to do the job a little better, tried to circumcise the last bull. The animals escaped at about 3pm on Monday and began charging at vehicles along some of Toronto's busiest roads. One of the beasts headed the wrong way down a one way street after hurtling across a line of front gardens, destroying flower beds and knocking down shrubs and small trees in its path. It then collided head-on with a Renault Clio before making its way to the busy Merry Hill Centre shopping centre where it was shot dead by Kasha and Nasty Nathan, who had been in hot pursuit. Meanwhile the second escapee was ramming a Help the Aged minibus with several elderly passengers aboardm, including FredE and Ground Zero. Police said the startled passengers watched as the furious bull rammed the side of the vehicle denting it in several places, though no-one was injured. The animal was then chased to factory grounds where it was shot. Supt. Gary Cann said a total of 20 police officers were involved in the operation and defended the need to kill the bullocks. "These animals were uncontrollable and were charging at people who tried to stop them," Kasha said.
