I guess you are looking to excercise them. Tough call. If the stock goes down, i would be tempted to excercise them but if it goes up, i would sell them. It would really depend on what your gut feeling is after witnessing tomorrow's trading patterns. That is how i would approach it.

randmiser, I might have misunderstood your question. I thought you have July in the money calls---which means either you sell tomorrow or excercise. If you are looking beyond July options, usually people don't excercise as there is no advantage to do so, IMHO.
