The August issue of The Computer Paper has a brief article and photo regarding a test of 'Mondex e-cash' done by the Royal Bank at Bishop's University in Lennoxville, Quebec. The article can be found on page 12 in the "What's New" column. The photo of the card device has a large Royal Bank logo at the top of the machine, but lower down if you look real hard you can see the Aastra name and logo on the device as well.

EDIT: I just found the article and photo online at their website. The photo is clearer in the print edition however.
