Tracking stock? As a holder of about 4000 sh MSFT, can someone tell me what this tracking stock announcement will do for me? Why is the announcement lifting MSFT shares? I do not understand what it is about. Thank You!

Wow....a tracking stock!!!!!! hehheheahhhahah love this. Amazing how Wallstreet finds ways for these companies to take advantage of the dillusional investors relating to the net.. Shit they don't have to be successful with any of these things. All they have to do is create instruments of inflated valuation and the insiders become even more super wealthly without actually succeeding with their businesses. ehhehe Man this is so funny..... It is like this whole online investing game has been used as a big out for all these companies..The funny thing is with all the information available to the investor to learn and research it is totally ignored and has become a greater fool market.
