Tom,

I am assuming that the DSCM IPO will be on or about July 27th. That date just makes sense to me based on the time that they filed with the SEC. I will try to find out some information on PLRX. I would assume about one month from the DSCM IPO, PLRX should come out.

They cannot let DSCM get all of the capital and go on an unabated purchasing spree for small PBMs (Advance Paradigm may be a play there?????).

They have drugstore.com shares available at discover brokerage,if you can believe that. I'm sure the allocation is tiny but still a great opportunity for the little guy.
