You can quit passing the word around on that one, I have heard that from more than one source, you are making sure it is well known. Not really like you to reveal your strategy before you make your move, but you are doing it because you really are a very nice guy. Oh, by the way, the tooth fairy left me a very nice gift under my pillow last night. And I am going next week to check out a great buy on some land in Florida. Heck, why bother to even go, I am just going to buy it sight unseen. Ken
