It seems that wm and you agree on one thing; that a further rise is on the cards (5,000 shares isn't much in the general scheme of things). The difference seems to be that you feel that gravity will come into play - correct?

What is the story with SAAB et al and their registrations? Have they actually sold?

What is wrong with people registering to sell stock. This is necessary for them to be in the best position to balance their portfolios and make wise decisions in a timely manner. Just because they register doesn't mean they will sell. If I owned 1,000,000 shares I would register all of them so that my options would be completely open. It only makes goods sense. Your mention of this is just another attempt to find something negative that is not really negative.
