what are ur feelings on this company?....a B2B e-commerce incubator is appealing to me....IDC showed that the B2B mkt. was 35B in 98' but should increase to 1.1 trillion by 2003...and looking at what CMRC and ARBA has done recently shows the strength of this sector....does anyone know what their relationship is with SFE exactly???....and the float worries me abit...13M is quite abit of shares...although PCLN was able to move with a huge float, that company had alot of hype...ML is lead and Wit will be involved in the offering also so i hope to get in at the ipo price.

Mohan Marette, I called my broker at Merrill Lynch and he indicated that the ipo date was still week of Aug 2. He is going to double check and call me if earlier date is correct. Question, how do you get bold lettering in your posts?
