7/23 is a friday, maybe that is the last day of the 25 days, and 7/26 is a monday and the day they could start commenting.

Just a thought,

IBD has a section in each paper entitled. "Prices of Recent IPOs" It lists offering date, price, industry group and underwriter. Very helpful. It generally lists 25+ IPOs. For ISLD the offering date was 6/29.

It is supposed to be 25 days from the trade date of the security. On some of the IPO's that I listed the date I used as a starting point happened to be the date the offering priced and not the trade date. The source I used didn't state that, so that means a few on the list are a day early.

I have started my own tracking of the trade dates so that shouldn't happen again.
