There are 100s of IPOs that are coming out, most of which you forget about after the 1st day or so. But the underwriters issue ratings on these stocks after the 25-day "quiet period," and most of these IPOs pop a few points.

This subject will be to discuss those IPOs about to come out of their quiet period, so you don't forget about them.
