James: "22 IPOs coming to market" I agree that is a lot, but it isn't the most this year. We had a week with 39 this year.

Multinational Index (NFT) broke out yesterday. Would expect Dow to eventually follow. The Insurance Index (IUX) also appears ready to break out as well, especially once the banks are cleared to buy the insurance companies. There are a lot of whipsaws. FPP-X, which appeared poised to do well several days ago, took a hit on Thursday and then bounced up strong on Friday. CEX-X, which was holding up on Thursday, took a hit on Friday. Rotation.
