Hi Snooz, Just got back a couple of hours ago. Addressing the VISIX issue: There is no doubt that they have the best laser for the refractive procedures. Ask any Ophthalmologist which one he prefers. The biggest problem I have is the royalty issue that doctors have to pay for each eye they operate on. This in turn is passed onto the public which is why these procedures are as expensive as they are. The FTC has tried and so far failed to stop this practice of royalties. Summit still charges a royalty for theirs but VISIX has cut into them significantly. The Ophthalmologists keep paying the royalty but everyone I know hates it and would switch if another laser came along as good as VISIX. Maybe they will be able to keep this revenue stream for a long time to come but I don't know. Hope this answers your query. Thanks, Joel
