GUMM is a stock promotion scheme based on fraudulent misrepresentations of Zicam as a safe and effective remedy for the common cold. Zicam is classified as a "homeopathic" medication - as are all other quack remedies that can't support their claims with scientific evidence. GUMM's fraudulent misrepresentation of Zicam is simply another story in a long line of medical "miracle cure" frauds that pop up on a daily basis in supermarket tabloid advertisements and late night infomercials.

GUMM stock is grossly overvalued and investors considering purchasing the stock should be aware that management is directly involved in this fraudulent scheme.
