Go to www.trendmicro.com and click on news.

URL is www.antivirus.com/corporate/media/news.htm. Look at July 7th news release which confirms 4.25 mil. Yahoo has made a mistake!

Can anyone verify the shares offered at IPO? Our company just
installed Trend products, and it's awesome and much easier to manage
than NETA product line. However, 4.25 mil is much different than 42.5 million.

which is incorrect? Yahoo or Trend's website. I find it hard to believe that if Yahoo was incorrect, they where not contacted by Trend to post a correction.
