I was reviewing the Ancor S-3 filing and it has raised a question that I have never been able to answer. On pg. 34 of the filing (internal numbering) under "Sales and Marketing" there is a discussion of the Inrange deal. Inrange has licensed Ancor's technology for incorporation into a product "for use in the IBM MVS operating system." Ancor has agreed to not sell switches in a configuration that would compete in this market.

What effect does this agreement have on Ancor's ability to sell switches to EMC? Is EMC a player in the IBM MVS operating system market?

TIA
