Thank you for that suggestion, Mad2. Perhaps others who would like to discuss GUMM, nicotine gum, aspirgum, Zicam or any GumTech products would indeed care to address their questions on the
Subject 25317
thread. I would be happy to answer them there. In my opinion, several good things have been discussed here although the content and tone of the opposing viewpoints, with accusations of stock fraud, in my opinion, is not in the spirit of SI and its goal to help disseminate accurate and meaningful information.

When we are attacked personally or when we believe outright falsehoods are being disseminated on this thread, we will probably return to defend ourselves and promote accuracy in the information disseminated about the company in which we have invested.

Regards,

Howard

Mad2,

Thanks for your suggestion but it would be more appropriate to direct it to "Bill Wexler". He chose to use this forum to perpetrate his fabricated tainted stories about GUMM instead of using the GUMM thread. This makes sense from his perspective because those who frequent this thread are more likely to buy into his nonsense. Everyone doesn't use the search feature on SI to find threads where certain stocks are being discussed and I'm sure that Bill doesn't want to deal with any more rebuttals of his BS.

I can't speak for anybody else, but here is what it will take to keep me from posting on this thread:

1. A statement from Bill Wexler that retracts his unsubstantiated allegation that the management of GumTech or Gel Tech is perpetrating a stock promotion fraud.

2. A statement from Bill Wexler that retracts his unsubstantiated allegation that Zicam is a scam.

3. No further allegations that GumTech is perpetrating a stock promotion fraud or that Zicam is a scam without supporting evidence to prove those allegations.

4. No further misrepresentations concerning GumTech, Gel Tech, their management, their products, or anything else related to their business, especially when presented without supporting evidence.

Best regards,

Dan
