Wasn't it just three months ago that there was a big todo over FRONT-RUNNING on the NYSE... was going on for YEARS before this ONE cadre of good old boys was caught.

That aside, please offer an explanation for this TYPICAL occurrence: A stop loss is on the books at $62 while the stock is $65 or so. Suddenly when the stock is quiet as all heck, the price ticks down 1/2 point a trade, 100 share trades to $62. Your 1,000 shares are taken and the stock pops right back up to $65 and then sometimes even goes higher.
