Good buddy, I have answered all your questions numerous times in the past, except for this Q's revenue estimate. Regarding my best estimate of this Q's revenue, it is my opinion that fcm revenues will be significantly less than their last quarter. I have no hard facts to back that estimate up, except for the injunctive relief papers fnet filed vs Magruder. Those papers filed on May 13, 1999, state that usat instructed fnet to suspend performance in relation to existing contracts and withheld payments due fnet. They additionally state that usat also declined to proceed with another pending agreement that was scheduled for execution. According to those papers a letter was written by usat on Apr. 30, 1999. In order for this not to have transpired, the filed court papers would then be in error. It is therefore safe to assume that those papers were accurate when they were filed. Additionally, if the above situation was corrected quickly, you are still dealing with an entity that remains under SEC investigation. Also fcm has not announced their preliminary results as they did in the previous quarter. In my opinion, that fact is also not good. Beside's that, I believe that this Q's report will be included in with their year end and annual report for 1999, which will include audited revenues. That said, I would like to address your continuing comments about a paid shill or "Canadian Shorter". Firstly it is obvious that longs in this stock can no longer hide behind the theory that, shorters post here to bolster their position. The short interest in fcm according to Yahoo page updated July 16, 1999, is 33,000 shares. That figure is miniscule by any standards. Secondly your continued reference to me being a paid shill, again I will ask you the same question that I have asked numerous times with no response from you. WHO IS PAYING ME; IS IT LUCENT, CISCO, NORTEL, CLARENT ETC ETC. KINDLY ANSWER THIS TIME Finally, I again request that you cease making personal comments of any kind as they are a violation of S.I. Terms of Service.
