TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 22, 1999--JBill, the proprietary billing system of Intasys Corporation INTA , is now being marketed in India and Southeast Asia by HCL
Perot Systems under a partnership agreement reached by the two companies.
The announcement was made jointly by Stephen J. Roth, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Intasys Corporation INTA , and C.P. Gurnani, Executive Vice President of HCL
Perot Systems Ltd. of New Delhi.
Intasys is a leading provider of billing systems and customer care products for the telecommunications industry and other convergent service providers in North America, Europe and
Australia.
HCL Perot Systems, a joint venture between Perot Systems Corp. of the United States and HCL Technologies of India, has a major presence in the areas of strategic information
technology, including IT consulting and outsourcing. HCL Perot Systems has offices in India, the U.S., Great Britain, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
Under the terms of the agreement, HCL Perot Systems is marketing Intasys' state-of-the-art subscriber management systems throughout India and the Southeast Asia region. HCL
Perot Systems will also provide implementation resources and technical support for Intasys in this territory.
