Chart,

Front running occurs in the brokerage not on the floor.

I have read one of Richard's books and don't claim to be an expert.

If I followed Richard's message, he accused the Specialists (and MMs) of manipulation.

Are you suggesting that the manipulation is not by the Specialists or MMs but the large brokerage houses?

Or maybe that they might be tied together?

Please explain your comment.

I admit I am a "newbie" looking for answers.

TIA,

Have fun,
Phil

I guess then that the SEC inquiry into front running ending in all those indictments of the many brokerages, floor runners and NYSE specialists was something you'll be providing a "friend of the court" brief over because it just coulda never happened???
