Bill - wait a minute - doesn't CSCO have pricing pressures?

- doesn't DELL have a commodity?

- doesn't AMZN push low margin books?

- isn't AOL's service becoming free?

- So please - don't compare MSFT to these others - we shouldn't have a p/e anywhere near any of them - should be much higher - b/c MSFT is about the only guarantee out there

- in fact, I saw some positive comments from Goldman Sachs, and GS's mutual funds have MSFT as #1 or #2 in several funds - means something.

One point that I think we should look at is the very small amount that went into the unearned revenue account ($44 million) They usually put in about $400 million. Last Qtr they put in over $600 million. If they had put around $400 million into the unearned revenue account the earnings this month would be around $.33. Can someone comment on this?
