Scumbria,

<I consider DRDRAM to be a very compelling technology for applications which require high bandwidth through multiple channels.>

I am sold on that story but have a feeling that this is going to be a nichy thing for high end graphics cards. I have a feeling that we will see more and more of UMA for the volume market (i.e., sub -$600 today). What do you think? Would you care to take a hack at what percentage of the graphics cards for PCs will use Rambus for next 6, 12, 18 months?

Chuck

SCUMbria - Re: "PC motherboards definitely don't fit into this category however."

Your AMD engineers are working on a DRDRAM chip set.

Better call them up an tell them they are wasting their time.
