I'm as much an amateur as anybody here, but I don't think this should be a cause for too much concern. For example, I had conditional offers in for ENGA and Convergent. Now, both of those have been moved to the open orders section. But, I haven't even gotten any AR for Convergent. I'm assuming this is just a first step they take when they price and IPO. Also, they have it down clear that NOT responding to an AR is a way of dropping out of the offer.

Based on my experience, the CO often moves to look like open market order. It has happened many times. It doesn't mean you are getting shares and it is never executed on the open market.
(insert your favorite caveat here)
