Questions for Mr. Vaccaro must be directed to the moderator privately, who will then post the question and answer publicly for all to see. Attendees will be able to view a list of all participants and can chat amongst each other via private messages. Any private messages to/from meeting participants other than Mr. Vaccaro will not be entered into the meeting transcript. Now isn't that sweet. They are telling shareholders that they will be censoring the posted transcript. Why not have people submit questions 24-48 hours prior to the meeting and have the list on public display? This will decrease repetitive questions, streamline the meeting, making it more productive as the company could have prepared answers for questions that were asked. This would also require a more timely response by the company in providing answers to the MTM questions. They still have not posted answers to the meeting that occurred 3 weeks ago.

How to participate in the "Meet the Management" online meeting, July 20, 1999 The PanAmerican BanCorp "Meet the Management" meeting featuring Charles Vaccaro, President of PanAmerican BanCorp's Insider Trading, will take place on Tuesday, July 20, 1999 from 2-3pm EST. PanAmerican BanCorp invites shareholders and other interested parties to attend and participate in the meeting. Participants will be able to ask questions and receive answers in a real time chat with Mr. Vaccaro and PanAmerican BanCorp representatives, as well as view real time video of the meeting. Topics: Topics addressed will be any and all questions regarding Insider Trading and Insider Trading services, including day trading rooms, remote trading services, and future plans. Since the Insider Trading franchise memorandum (UFOC) is not yet finalized, Mr. Vaccaro and PanAmerican BanCorp representatives can not discuss this topic with the general public for legal reasons. Any off-topic questions will be disregarded and will not be entered into the session log. Because this is a meeting about Insider Trading, we regret that we can not answer questions about PABN financials at this time. However, Ken Christian, Acting Chief Financial Officer, will address all financial questions at the August Meet the Management meeting on August 24. Oh Lordy, these guys can't get out of their own way it seems. Meet the Management has more stipulations than a deposition. Kind of makes you wonder if Charlie Vaccaro is really an officer of the company empowered to answer anything at all. He will only answer questions about I-T. He will not answer any questions about I-T franchising, however. He will ignore any questions about the financials. He will only answer questions directed to the moderator privately. He will not answer all questions. He will only post the questions that he answers, other questions will remain unseen. Lord this will be an informative discussion. Bet the Presidential candidates would like to get a sweetheart setup with the softball pitches coming from their party liners. DUE DISCLOSURE PABN/PRWT style. Hahahahahahahaha.
