Thanks a lot for that advice -- I'd not familiar enough with the program to realize I had that option, and I'll try it right away. I really appreciate the suggestion...

EDIT: Have DONE it, and it looks like it MAY have fixed SOME bad quotes but NOT others (some are still clearly wrong). Can you tell me how you found out about this switching-servers option (I'm trying to find out through the "Help" system -- but that's a huge chore and hasn't actually "helped" yet)? And is there a way to actually KNOW which server you're connected to -- and how many ARE there? Does the "cntl/alt/n" dommand keep trying a SERIES of servers, if you do it over-and-over again -- or are there only a couple to choose from?
