The reason they are disregarding questions about the franchise situation is because they are required to do so by law. Just curious to know which law this happens to be that you would quote with such authority. Or is your authority once again "The Company"? Hahahahahaha. You should note that a review of the FTC site shows no such requirement in the Universal Franchise Offering Circular. After all these documents are mandatory disclosures that must be on file in order to sell franchises, but the idea that there would be no disclosure about the franchising operation is contrary to the entire notion of the document in the first place. I fear the reason they will not discuss it is that the franchising idea was half baked to begin with. From a business point of view, it seems unlikely that they will disclose things in this document that they are already refusing to disclose to . Once again DUE DISCLOSURE PABN/PRWT style. Hahahahahahaha.

I just got my knuckles rapped for replying to you on the Welcome thread, and told to take it elsewhere. I guess the post, now deleted, came across as overly flamey in tone ... well, que será ... Really i meant to stress a compliment to you for not engaging in the same sort of sleazeball physical intimidation tactics as do the rmil/aznt touts ... if you can co-exist, however ineffectually, in the realm of ideas and documentation here on these threads without resorting to threats, then imho you are worthy of a degree of humanity that i would not accord to the Rmilpeople. I'm not up on the recent details of this particular non-reporting bulletin board effort ..... it's full summer here, i'm not even keeping up on the fully-reporting stocks i own myself ... but come longer nights and poorer weather, i look forward to debating the benefits of .... um, Due Disclosure -g- ..... cheers
