FEM,

I am talking about this in the view of a trader. MSFT usually reports at the peak of a earning season. It used to be that great plays on nuts, CSCO, and DELL will push the earning rally at least one more week. However, now the game is all changed with the investors selling aggressively into the facts. MSFT is expensive, but this selloff is definitely not about valuations. The worrisome outlook is just an excuse for traders to take money off the table because everyone believes that the indexes will retreat significantly in the second half of the year.
