gdichaz, Probably need to add hand set sales growth. Could be up almost 800,000 units this quarter over last. That could add almost 16 million pre tax or around 10 million after tax. As I understand it, there was no hand set sales growth last quarter.

In the conference call, I recall a statement by the QCOM FO that the sale of the new shares would be 'accretive' to earnings per share. This means he thinks the proceeds will be 'used well'.
