as part of cmgi dsp, you do not get penalized for selling prior to 60 days. i believe that this is covered on the faq on the wit web site.

As quoted in the Wit's ENGAGE FAQ's: "Q: When can I sell the shares that I purchase in the Engage Technologies, Inc. offering?
