Bill, lots of herbal products sell worldwide. Homeopathy is practiced by lots of folks. A couple years ago, you could have looked at the retailer Urban Outfitters and never bought it because you thought that the clothes they sold were garbage. The clothes were garbage, and teens bought lots of ugly clothing and the stock went up a lot. (An analogy?) One of the mechanisms that zinc is thought to hinder the onset of colds is via reducing the ability of the virus to attach itself to you. If you have teflon throat, lungs, etc., you don't need such a product. Maybe it does this, I do not know. If it does, then it is important that it be used as soon as the user thinks he or she is getting a cold. I view prescription cold-cures as better short-sell candidates since most colds last a couple days and it normally takes a week unless you have an emergency to even get a doctor appointment. My gum in my nose post was meant to be funny, and my pet turtle laughed so hard that it rolled over onto its back, and now he can't flip back over!!! It's so funny - unless he can turn back over, he'll die laughing!!! Oh look, his little green feet are still twitching!! It's so cute. I gotta' go, time to feed him - can he eat upside down?
