Jordex' investment in Medsite, is there a six-month lockup (after the IPO date) for original investors as with most IPOs?

On Nov. 30 1999 JDX decides if it want to convert the private placement to Medsite.com shares. If they decide to covert them to shares the conversion happens on June 30, 2000. The great thing about this deal is if the market crashes before the IPO or from some reason the Medsite.com does not skyrocket JDX can just ask for its money back.

Second, are reported daily volumes in JDX inclusive of U.S. trading that day or are they only TSE volume?

JDX does not have a U.S listing. If you are referring to U.S buying then yes. All trades done on JDX from anywhere in the world are all shown in the TSE volume.

Best Regards
KEITH

Keith & Reb,

Thanks for your responses. Keith, thanks for all the info you provide. Why can't those #@%%$#(%^ers let us in on the IPO??? They would save the subscription fees to the broker if they did it themdamnselves. Oh well.
